Day 1. FRANCE / SHANNON/ADARE /KENMARE or KILLARNEY
Arrive at Shannon Airport. Welcome by your Travel Choice local guide. Transfer to the pretty village of Adare with charming thatched cottages, stop to enjoy free time. Continue to Kenmare or Killarney for Overnight
Day 2 : KILLARNEY/ RING OF KERRY
The Ring of Kerry is a journey through some of the county’s most outstanding scenery. Visit Muckross House followed by free time to visit the magnificent gardens overlooking Killarney’s Lakes. The House built in 1843 this magnificent Victorian Mansion is one of Ireland’s leading stately homes. It is set amidst the spectacular scenery of Killarney National Park. The gardens at Muckross are famed world-wide for their beauty. Travel on to Killorglin, Glenbeigh, Caherciveen, Waterville and return via the beautiful Village of Sneem with multi colored houses. Return to hotel for overnight.
Day 3 : Dingle Peninsula
Kerry’s most westerly coastline is the Dingle Peninsula and one of the most beautiful parts of the Irish coast. The spectacular landscape unfolds offering exceptional views of the Blasket Islands. Visit Gallarus Oratory one of the most famous landmarks on the Dingle Peninsula. Gallarus Oratory is an early medieval stone church in the shape of an upturned boat. Return for overnight to Kenmare or Killarney Region for Overnight.
Day 4 : KERRY/CROSS THE RIVER SHANNON/CLIFFS OF MOHER/ GALWAY
Depart for Tralee and on to Tarbert to take the ferry and cross the River Shannon into County Clare. Continue to the Cliffs of Moher one of the most impressive stretches of the coast in the West of Ireland rising 214 meters above the Atlantic at their highest point and extending 8km. The view from the cliff tops is superb. Passing the Burren region renowned for its unusual lunar like landscape and many rare flowers and plants continue to Galway for Overnight.
Day 5 : Connemara
Day visit of Connemara, this is a region that has inspired writers and artists with its beauty. Morning visit of Kylemore Abbey set in the heart of the Connemara mountains and home to the Benedictine nuns since 1920. Magnificent views of the mountains and lakes. Continue to LEENANE to visit the Sheep and Wool Centre.The centre which offers an insight into a vital part of Connemara history. Spinning and Weaving are practiced for hundreds of years in the region are demonstrated daily.. Return in the evening to Maam Cross, Oughterard and into Galway City/ Region for overnight.
Day 6 : Galway/Midlands
Morning panoramic tour of Galway City. Free time to explore the medieval part of the city and visit Galway Cathedral. located on Nun’s Island, on the west bank of the River Corrib designed by J.J. Robinson and combining many features from different styles and periods of architecture. Free time. Depart Galway and travel to Tullamore to visit Tullamore Dew distillery museum with whiskey tasting. Overnight in the Midlands.
Day 7: Dublin City Tour
Travel to Dublin for Panoramic tour of Dublin City viewing the most important sites, driving through the city enjoy the delights of Dublin viewing Dail Eireann (Irish Parliament) Leinster House and St. Patrick’s Cathedral where Jonathon Swift was dean for 32 years. Day 8: Portlaoise/Shannon
Depart for Limerick City for a panoramic tour and depending on return flight time, free time to visit the City which has fascinating historic sights, wonderful old pubs, fashionable bars, and great restaurants. Transfer to Shannon Airport for return flight home.
